Kanav Sahgal

Kanav Sahgal (he/him) is a Programme and Communications Manager at Nyaaya, the access-to-justice vertical of the Vidhi Centre for Legal Policy. He is also a contributor to Global Voices, an international citizen journalism platform committed to advancing digital rights; and a visiting faculty at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. An avid writer and columnist, Kanav writes a monthly gender column (Engendered) for the Sunday edition of Deccan Herald. In 2023, the column was recognised with the Likho Award for Media Excellence by the Humsafar Trust.
