Pallavi Pratap

Pallavi Pratap is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and Managing Partner of Pratap & Co. She advises and represents corporates, public sector entities, and private clients in complex disputes before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and key tribunals, including the NCLT and NCLAT. With a prior career in investment banking and an MBA in Finance from La Trobe University, Melbourne, Pallavi brings a unique blend of legal and financial expertise to her practice. Her areas of focus include corporate litigation, insolvency and bankruptcy, arbitration, constitutional matters, consumer disputes, and regulatory litigation.
